Day Habilitation

Day Habilitation Services may be offered onsite or in the community, and includes activities that promote personal growth and participation in interest-based activities/events with support in improving one’s level of health, mobility, and independence. Peer group interaction is focused on fostering social and interpersonal skills while practicing daily living skills via leisure, recreational, and social settings (i.e. bowling, arcades, amusement parks, BINGO, museums, swimming, fishing, camping, and other outdoor recreation, fitness centers, art studios, festivals/parades, social clubs and groups, dining, and more.
