These services assist individuals with fine-tuning interview and workplace skills, as well as resume development, application assistance, task analysis, negotiating with potential employers to ensure full inclusion into the workplace in a competitive, community employment setting.
Prevocational
These services assist individuals with developing general, non-job-task-specific skills needed to succeed in employment, such as communication, problem-solving, following directions, workplace conduct, appropriate attire, workplace safety, fine and gross motor skills, basic reading, writing, and math, etc.
Supported Employment
Job coaching provides individual or group supports on the job for training and orientation, skill acquisition, and ongoing support/oversight as needed for individuals to maintain employment.
