Individualized Supported Living (ISL)
ISL services provide individualized supports in a personalized manner to individuals in homes of their choice, with whom they wish to live, and participating in the type of community activities of their choice. Supports are characterized by creativity, flexibility, responsiveness, and diversity, enabling people with disabilities to be fully integrated in communities. Supports are designed to assist individuals in acquiring, retaining, and improving the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in their home and community.
